yesterday was a mostly stressful day of being on the phone for hours trying to find work. it went well except for the fact that it's august and there is no work. i'll be fine for a few more weeks though.
last night i ventured back to the gael pub with jason and eventually dan. that's the bar where i watched the bears win the ncf championship in january. it wasn't as rowdy, but still a good time. plenty of chicago beer and chicago hot dogs...and the bears won :-)
anyway....things are proving to be pretty good, and only look to be getting better. i've had my doubts lately, but i think i made a good choice
